This is the first post of my new blog. Not my first blog post – let’s be clear. You may (and more likely may not) remember me
from a mildly successful couponing blog called The Clever Clipper. But my mid-life adventures have taken me in a
different direction. Suddenly pampers
and margaritas are far more interesting than saving money and musing about it.
Let’s be honest – there are lot more people interested in (nay,
in need of) earplugs and alcohol than coupons and the latest toilet paper deal. I don’t know if you’ll be interested in the
posts about my hobbies, maybe you’ll skim over the bits where I rant about
doing more of my child’s homework than she does, but maybe not. Maybe you too have wondered if having
cocktail hour during naptime would be so bad… Maybe we both dream about being
skinny, having non-frizzy hair and someday being thanked for the important job
that we do. This is my crazy life as a
thirty-something mother, wife and lady (ok, lady is really stretching, it – but
I try).
